Abstract:
This year the excavation was concentrated on the recovery of the inner face of the fortification wall. Two pits (1.50 m. deep and 1.40 m. diam.), probably for the storing of cereals, were located by the wall. The most noticeable of the finds are a) the fragments of a clay mould for relief vases, b) part of a stone mould for metal objects, c) three lead wegth measurements, d) eighty-five bronze coins dated from the 4th to the 1st centuary B.C. and e) three arrow heads and an iron spear
